Mass Transit -- $352.8 million
Other Rail -- $191.8 million
Wastewater Treatment and Sewers -- $262.5 million
Low Income Energy Assistance -- $56.4 million**
Head Start -- $29.2 million*
Schools Modernization -- $859.5 million
Education Technology Grants -- $40 million*
Preventive Health and Health Services Grants -- $7 million*
State Budget Aid -- $2.7 billion*

* Includes both fiscal years 2009 and 2010
**Includes only fiscal year 2010
