Set in a beautiful wooded area, Heritage Manor - Mt. Zion was purchased by Heritage Enterprises in 1998. With a 2 million-dollar expansion in 2001, our facility focuses on medical services as well as discharge planning.

"We're small, highly qualified, honest, and dedicated," says Administrator Stephenie Taylor. "We are quality-care driven and attentive to our residents. Our residents trust us."

As a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility, we offer respite and hospice care, in addition to physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our facility is proud of our direct involvement with our residents - we are good communicators and uphold our duties as caregivers. We also keep our residents involved in activities both on-site and within the community.

  • Heritage Family Connection is a unique program that we developed where each department manager is designated a group of residents as their specific "contacts" in the facility.
    Heritage Family Connection is a unique program that we developed where each department manager is designated a group of residents as their specific "contacts" in the facility.  Each manager has approximately 8 residents each.  Managers visit with each of their residents multiple times a week to "check in".
