Our Services

Therapy - Our Therapy department offers speech, physical and occupational therapy 7 days a week so that our residents can regain or restore their strength and capabilities to reach their highest level of independence. 

Skilled Nursing (Long- and Short-Term) – Heritage Manor offers 24-hour/7 days-a-week skilled nursing care for all of our residents. 

Hospice Care – Our residents are very important to us and we follow the "circle of life" cycle by providing care for our residents even if they become terminally ill.

Respite Care- Respite care is provided for family members that want to go on vacation and are not able to take their loved one that they are caring for with them.

Social Service Director – Coordinates admissions, discharges, home services, social support assisting with psychosocial needs and behavior intervention.

Green Tree Pharmacy – Green Tree Pharmacy typically utilizes the 30-day bingo medication card system, the most commonly used drug distribution system in long term care. The multiple checks employed in our system provide for a high level of accuracy. Other distribution systems are available where required by the facility.

Dietary Services – Our facility has a dietitian reviewing residents' diets and health needs every 2 weeks.  We offer 3 meals a day and snacks.

Medicare Certified – All of our beds are Medicare Certified.

Activities – We offer a full range of activities weekly.  Our residents' favorites are bowling on the Wii and BINGO.

Hair Salon/Barber Shop – Every Monday and Tuesday our beautician, Andrea Cassidy, is in our hair salon providing cuts, sets, color and perms for all of our residents.

Community Services/CRC-Assists with outside agency organizations, sponsors local events, provides educational information to community and volunteers.

Transportation – We provide arrangements for residents to attend medical appointments.

Heritage Family Connection – Heritage Family Connection is a unique program that we developed where each department manager is designated a group of residents as their specific "contacts" in the facility.  Each manager has approximately 8 residents each.  Managers visit with each of their residents multiple times a week to "check in".  The managers talk with the residents (and even their families) to see if they have any cares or concerns, need new clothes, request something they want, or just sit down and visit.  This is another way we give our residents exceptional customer service.
