A hearing is set for a man accused in the brutal killings of nearly an entire family.
Jason Harris and his brother Chris Harris are charged with murdering five members of the Gee Family. They’ve both pled not guilty. The brothers have a pretrial hearing for December 3rd, but Jason is scheduled for a status hearing in his case Monday afternoon.
Indictments allege the brothers were armed with a tire iron when they beat Rick and Ruth Gee to death. Prosecutors say the Harris Brothers tried to assault 16-year-old Justina Constant before killing her and her brothers, Austin and Dillen.
The Gee's three-year-old daughter, Tabitha, survived the attack.
