The Macon County State's Attorney's Office says a man has been officially charged after a shooting incident at The Wharf in Decatur.

Kevin Kremer was charged Monday with disarming a peace officer, aggravated battery to a peace officer, and aggravated resisting arrest. If convicted he faces three to seven years.

He’ll be back in court November 25th.
