Decatur, IL - A man who police say robbed a bank in Decatur and Sherman, is facing federal charges.
Police say 57-year-old Stephen Wacaser robbed the Regions Bank on King Street in Decatur October 19th, and on the next day, robbed the Illini Bank in Sherman. Wacaser was on federal mandatory supervised release for bank larceny and bank robbery.
