Clinton & Riverton, IL - A DeWitt County man has been charged with producing child pornography.

25-year-old Dustin Mandrell of Clinton is facing federal charges for getting a minor to pose in a child porn video. Mandrell has a prior sex offense conviction in the state. Also facing child porn charges, for her involvement, 19-year-old Ruby Roberts of Sullivan.

45-year-old Jeffrey Price of Riverton is also facing federal child pornography charges. The indictment alleges Price produced child porn videos from October 2002 to 2004. He could face 15 to 30 years in prison.
