Decatur police arrested a third person in connection with a Thursday shooting. With the arrest of 29-year-old Derek Leonard of Decatur, police believe all primary suspects are in custody.

Police arrested Leonard Friday. He is in the Macon county jail on charges of Attempted Murder, Armed Robbery, and Calculated Cannabis Conspiracy. Bail was set at $500,000. Previously, police arrested 18-year-old Shawn Stanley and 26-year-old Justin Powell.

The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday on West Garfield. The shooting victim, a 19-year-old man from Oakley, is expected to recover. Police are still investigating.
