Decatur, IL - A toddler suffers severe burns by hot water.
Decatur Police arrested a 31-year-old woman for endangering the life of a child after a two-year-old girl was scalded during bath time. Police say it's what the woman did after the baby was severely burned that could be considered criminal, but would not go into specifics.
Decatur Juvenile Police Detectives say more arrests could follow.
