Peoria, IL- 55 year old Donald Fisher of Jacksonville faces federal charges of attempted enticement of a minor for sexual activity.
Federal agents arrested Fisher in Peoria Tuesday evening. Police say Fisher drove to Peoria with his brother to meet with a 15 year old girl he had been soliciting online.
Fisher will remain jailed until a hearing in Peoria Federal Court next week. If convicted, he faces 10 years to life in prison.
