Dietary Manager
My name is Diane Rednour and I am the Dietary Manager for Heritage Manor in Mt. Zion. From an early age I have been drawn to our senior citizens starting with my grandparents, with whom I spent most of my summers. For years, I worked for a large corporation and finally realized something was missing. At the age of 48 I went back to school and received my dietary degree. This is the first time I can honestly say I love my job. I do not really consider it a job….it is an adventure. I am learning so much from my residents. I hope I have made as much of a difference in their lives as they have made in mine. They make me smile. Anytime you are by the Dietary Department stop in and say hello!
