
TUSCOLA, IL- Firefighters from Tuscola and surrounding towns battled flames and the heat early Tuesday morning.
Firefighters were called out just before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday to the Bryant Recycling Building off US-36 west of Tuscola.
An employee using a cutting torch accidentally started the fire and couldn't put it out with a fire extinguisher.
No one was injured in the fire but much of the building was gutted.
