DECATUR, IL- A Decatur man has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for the death of his infant son.

Last December a jury found Jeffrey Sollman, 41, guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Sollman shook his 6 month-old son Caden causing his death back in 2009.

Sollman was originally charged with murder but the jury found Sollman guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter.

Sollman will get credit for almost three years of time already served.
