SHELBYVILLE, IL- Funeral services have been set for a well known Illinois judge who died in a Florida car accident.

Chris Eberspacher III, of Shelbyville, was killed Friday as he was crossing the street at a busy intersection in Fort Myers, Florida.

During his career, Eberspacher was a judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit Court and also worked at a private practice in Shelbyville.    

Funeral services will be held Friday morning in his hometown. Eberspacher was 62 years-old.
