Police On The Lookout For Missing Man

DECATUR, IL- Decatur Police are asking for help locating a Decatur man.

Police are looking for 40 year-old David Rowan. He was last seen around 2 a.m. Monday morning.

Rowan is 5'10", 210 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Rowan's whereabouts should contact Decatur Police, 424-2711.
