Teen Charged In Deadly DUI

LINCOLN, IL- A teen from northern Illinois has been charged with DUI and reckless homicide in Logan County.

Illinois State Police say Tyler Balsley, 18, of Sterling was drunk when he hit and killed a motorcyclist back in September.

The accident happened on I-55 between Atlanta and Lincoln.

Balsley was originally charged with underage drinking but those charges were upgraded this week.
