PAXTON, IL- The former Paxton Park District Director has been accused of stealing from the park district.

Illinois State Police arrested Beth Tabor, 43, at her home. Tabor is accused of using district credit cards to buy personal items, several of which were allegedly found at her home.

Police say from 2006 until May 2011, Tabor misappropriated between $10,000 and $100,000 in park district money.

Tabor is currently in the Ford County Jail awaiting charges.
