Deadly Crash In Iroquois County - Wandtv.com, NewsCenter17, StormCenter17, Central Illinois News-

IROQUOIS COUNTY, IL- One person is dead after a single vehicle crash in Iroquois County over the weekend.

Illinois State Police say a pickup truck was traveling on U.S. Route 45 when the driver crossed the center line, went into the ditch and crashed into a tree.  

The truck's passenger, 53 year-old Toni Swan of Paxton, died as a result of the crash.

The driver, 49 year-old Dean Swan of Paxton, was taken to Carle Hospital for treatment.

The state police Reconstruction Unit is now investigating the incident.
