BEMENT, IL- Village board members in Bement will talk about doing away with the town's police force at their meeting Tuesday night.

Right now Bement only has one officer on the force.

Board members could vote tomorrow to eliminate that position. That would leave Piatt County deputies as the only law enforcement in town.
