Fatal ATV Accident

Springfield, IL - Springfield Police and the Sangamon County Coroner are investigating a fatal ATV accident. It happened in the 1100 block of Toronto Road in Springfield Saturday. That's where the Sangamon County Coroner says 57 year old James Pat Neighbors was killed after riding on an ATV. Investigators are looking into exactly what happened and an autopsy is scheduled.
