DANVILLE, IL- Police in Danville are investigating two separate shootings early Thursday morning on the city's east side.
The first shooting occurred just before 1:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Edgewood Park Circle. Police say a 38 year-old Danville man was shot in the right leg, but has been released from a hospital.
The second shooting happened just after 2 a.m. near the intersection of Fairchild and Moore streets. Police say a 20 year-old homeless man was shot in the back. No word yet on his condition.
