Springfield IL - Virden Police ticketed a driver who crashed into the Dicarlo's Pizza restaurant Friday evening.

Three customers inside were hurt. One was treated at Saint John's Hospital in Springfield. Although the crash caused extensive damage, the restaurant is still open for business.

Police say the driver claims he fell asleep at the wheel.
