Springfield, Ill - WAND has learned two people found dead inside a Springfield apartment last week may have died as the result of a murder-suicide.

A preliminary autopsy shows 43 year old Vecheeka Wesley-Sullers died from injuries to her head and neck. The coroner says 43 year old Shawn Kee died from a self-inflicted wound. The two were found in an apartment on Durkin Drive Thursday, June 7.
