William Cellini Faces Eight Years Behind Bars


Chicago - An eight year prison sentence could be what William Cellini faces. Federal Prosecutors in Chicago say eight years could be the minim of is time in jail.  

After plotting to take down the producer of "Million Dollar Baby," who won an Oscar for the film, for a role in imprisoning former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's campaign. Cellini was convicted in from of a federal jury in November.

A memorandum was filled in the case, hoping for a meaningful prison sentence. Cellini has a history of health problems at age 77 recently he suffered from a heart attack.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 23.
