URBANA - The U of I campus reacts to the NCAA's punishment decision for Penn State Monday.
The opinion consistent with almost every student and staff member that WAND talked to was that no punishment will ever fix the damage done to the victims and their families.
Some students say the punishment is not quite harsh enough.
Others believe a punishment is necessary, but this one might be too harsh.
Several students say it's unfortunate for football players, students, and staff on the Penn State campus.
But students say they feel for the victims the most and their support will always go out to them.
