MANSFIELD - Golf carts are becoming the popular way of getting around in Piatt County.

Several towns in the county are golf cart friendly.

That's why Sherman's Small Engine Repair shop owner Dave Sherman decided to start selling golf carts a few months ago.

Sherman wasn't getting much business with lawn mowers because nobody seems to be cutting their grass during the drought.

He says his business has really picked up since several people are now buying golf carts.
