World War II Memorial Dedication Ceremony Set

Decatur IL – The World War II Committee is pleased to announce the long awaited Dedication of the World War II Memorial. The dedication ceremony will take place on September 7^th, at 12:00 pm at the World Memorial II site.

Crews have been working on the memorial in front of the Decatur Civic Center for months. Private Donations and a state grant helped pay for the more than 300 thousand dollar memorial.
