DECATUR IL – Millikin University welcomed students back to campus Tuesday. Oakland Avenue through campus was closed for most of the day, as students moved into dorms.

Millikin Residential Life Leader, Samantha Kramer said "a lot of organization goes into moving freshmen in. We have safety and security ready to answer questions for incoming freshmen and parents.

Classes start Monday for Millikin Students.
