Man Dies after Hitting a House

Forsyth IL – A Forsyth man has died after his car went off a Decatur Street and hit a house last week. The Macon County Coroner says 84 year old Robert Bloomquist died Saturday at Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Bloomquist's car went off the road, through a fence, and narrowly missed an in gourd pool before hitting a house on Nicklaus drive.

The coroner says Bloomquist's cause of death is still unclassified as the investigation continues.
