"Grove Point" Development in the Works

DECATUR IL – Plans to develop an area in Decatur are in the works. Gregg Meisenhelter plans to create the "Grove Point" Development, which would include restaurants, a hotel, strip mall, and apartments. The work would take place in the vacant land near Red Tail Run Golf Club.

Meisenhelter says he has been in talks with a couple retailers, and a group specializing in this kind of development.
