CHAMPAIGN - Recovering addicts were celebrated in Champaign on Saturday morning.

The Prairie Center held its 3rd Annual Walk for Recovery event which raises awareness for the recovery center.

Organizers say the day also honored the fallen and those who overcame stigma. It is also meant to offer hope and to raise funds.
