DECATUR IL – A two year old murder case has a verdict this Thursday. A Macon County Jury finds a Decatur man guilty for his role in the murder of Ishmael Adams.
Jurors sentenced, 39 year old, Bryain Young to 54 years for first degree murder and 12 years each on two armed robbery charges to be served after the murder sentence.
Young has been accused of orchestrating the armed robbery that lead to the shooting death of Adams in the 12 hundred block of North Woodford Street in July of 2010.
A witness testified that Young gave Michael Guise and Jonathan Maclin the handguns that killed Adams.
