Stabbing Suspect Arrested

SPRINGFIELD IL – James Beasley has been arrested, and charged with aggravated battery with intent to cause great bodily harm. Police said Beasley allegedly stabbed a man in the back and left side of the face. The other victim was stabbed in the chest.

The stabbing happened in the six hundred block of North Fourth Street, just before midnight on Saturday. Police told WAND news that the men are now in stable condition.
