Decatur IL – A new attraction at this years Decatur Celebration showcased the Illinois Lottery's "Anything's Possible" promo. Thanks to a stop at the booth a local woman is 25 thousand dollars richer.
Regina Rhode's son prompted her to record a short video explaining why she believes "anything's possible." "So they were handing out free scratch off tickets if you came up and wanted to tell us in a video why anything's possible. So my son said, go ahead, go ahead, go. So I did, I walked up and I just said being in the great state of Illinois and having my own business was proof to me that anything's possible."
Regina was randomly selected as the winner from nearly seven thousand other video submissions from across the state. She said her family attends the Decatur Celebration every year.
