GIBSON CITY - Despite fundraising efforts, the Harvest Moon Twin Drive in will be closing.

Of the $120,000 that was needed for the required digital conversion, less than half was raised.

Owner Mike Harroun says the final show is scheduled for Sunday evening. He plans to continue fundraising for the remainder of the year, but for only one of the two screens.

To reopen next Spring, those who pledged money on their online fundraiser must re-pledge their money. Harroun says he would consider taking out a business loan for the remainder.
