Decatur IL – A Decatur man is facing seven counts of possession of child pornography.

41 year old, Bill Baker was arrested on September 27^th after a year long investigation. Baker is in jail on 25 thousand dollars bond.

He will return to court for a preliminary hearing on October 24th.
