
Champaign IL – A shooting at a Champaign gas station sends one man to the hospital, and police are searching for suspects.
Champaign police say a 22 year old man was shot outside the Mobil Super Pantry on North Neil Street, around 2:30 Sunday morning. Police believe the shooting may have happened after a fight inside the gas station.
The victim showed up to Provena Covenant Medical Center, just minutes after the shooting took place, and his condition is unknown at this time. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crimestoppers at 373-TIPS.
