Illinois Hospital to Reduce Health Care Costs

Springfield IL – A central Illinois hospital system is teaming up with three Missouri Hospitals to reduce health care costs.

Springfield Memorial Health System is forming an alliance with St. Luke's Health System in Kansas City, BJC Healthcare of St. Louis, and Cox Health in Springfield Missouri.

The four health systems represent 31 hospitals in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas, with combined annual revenues of nearly seven billion dollars.
