Decatur IL – City council will meet tonight to discuss rezoning a property in the 13 hundred block of North Water Street.

A developer wants a liquor license to sell alcohol at a proposed convenience store. Citizens in the area have expresses concern about another liquor store in the inner city.

The council will meet at 5:30pm.
