Tuscola IL – Two men are behind bars for child pornography.

The United States Attorney told us that 46 year old, Parrish Kappes and 21 year old, Zachary Vincent have been charged on two separate cases. Both were arrested in mid October on several counts of distribution of child porn.

If convicted they could spend up to 40 years in prison.
