Danville IL – A teenager is dead, after falling from the back of a pickup truck in Vermillion County.

The Champaign County Coroner said 17 year old, Dakota Houldrige was pronounced dead at Carle Hospital Tuesday morning.

Deputies say, the teen fell from the truck Monday night on a road just south-east of Danville. Houldrige was helping her father move furniture.
