URBANA -- Some veterans say one challenge of returning home from war is finding a new job.
But some vets were getting career help in Urbana Friday at a Job & Career Expo.
Over 50 employers were there taking resumes. Job seekers could meet one-on-one with recruiters while learning more about different positions.
Veterans like Chris Wiese said being unemployed can be overwhelming because it's not always easy returning to life as a civilian.
"It's hard, and that's what happened to me," Wiese said. "My health and my lifestyle changed on me. Basically I felt like I was fighting another war back over here."
Some employers can also receive tax credits for hiring veterans.
