DANVILLE - A free, 10-week program is helping ex-offenders find work through the New Directions Treatment Center.
The Danville center's "Second Chance Program" provides support and career tips to ex-convicts who are serious about turning their lives around.
On Saturday, a graduation ceremony was held for 15 participants who successfully completed the program.
Director Janice Coleman says over two-thirds have found jobs, including new Arby's manager Sara Marzbannia.
Coleman says those who have not landed jobs will continue to receive guidance through their services.
Anyone interested in getting involved can join the Thursday evening sessions at the Center, 153 N. Vermilion Street.
