Canned Food Drive for Springfield Homeless Shelter

People are not letting some homeless veterans go hungry for the holidays.

The American Legion's Springfield Post #32 is holding a non-perishable canned food drive.

Organizers plan to donate the food to 5th St. Renaissance homeless shelter for veterans.

Each time you donate an item you are entered into a drawing. The last day of the drive, on New Year's Eve, a winner will be chosen. The person will get two tickets to Donnie B's Comedy Club and a night at a hotel.
