Beadstown IL – A meat company in Beadstown could face thousands of dollars in penalties for failing to protect workers.

Cargill Meat Solutions faces nearly 115 thousand dollars in fines, after OSHA found machines unexpectedly started.

The company faces three violations including having employees perform maintenance without proper documentation. They also failed to train certain employees, and not performing random inspections.
