Pre-trial for Charles Fitzpatrick

Decatur IL – 21 year old Charles Fitzpatrick's pre-trial took place Monday morning at nine, at the Macon County Court House.

Fitzpatrick pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges. A witness claims Fitzpatrick entered Celebrity Nites on March 31st, and fired six to seven shots during a fight inside the club.

Five people were hit, but all survived.
