Trial Rescheduled for Former Macon County Sheriff Deputy

Decatur IL – The pre-trial for the former Macon County Sheriff Deputy, who police say hit a Decatur man in his squad car, had been rescheduled.

 

In October 41 year old, Brian Duff plead not guilty to charges of aggravated reckless driving, plus failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and driving to fast for conditions. Police say Duff crashed into the back of a truck June 29th in Decatur.

 

55 year old Tom Lennox, who was in the roadway, was hit. Lennox lost both of his legs.
