Decatur IL – A woman pleads guilty to having a sexual relationship with her 16 year old neighbor.

In court 23 year old Robin Vogel, entered a guilty plea to criminal sexual abuse and child endangerment charges. Vogel was sentenced to two years probation.

Police arrested Vogel in August for having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old. She was then arrested again less than a week later when she and her children were found living in squalor in a Harristown house.
