URBANA- The American Legion Post 71 is the state's first video-gambling site where gamers played more than $1 million.
Since the statewide launch of video-gambling sites in October, post manager Bruce Brown says their business has tripled.
Brown says the profits have saved the business, after he received about $25,000 during the months of October and November. Profit, also divided between the state and local governments, comes from the amount of money players lost.
