Driver Arrested for DUI in Urbana

Urbana- About a hour after midnight, a man was arrested for a DUI in Urbana.

Illinois State Police said, Juan Reyes-Hernandez was driving east on I-74 near Cunningham Avenue when he struck the median. Hernandez then hit the right wall before rolling in the ditch, police said.

The driver told police he may have fallen asleep.

He was taken to Carle hospital for treatment and then he was released.

Police arrested Hernandez for a DUI.
